Qualifications •This experience can be work, sports, or school related •Must have strong interpersonal skills, able to handle high demand situations at times, be dependable, trust-worthy, care about standards and safety, and strong hospitality skills •Must have some leadership background with relevant experience •Minimum 16+ years old with leadership experience •Previous leadership experience an asset •Know how to balance relationships and results |
Responsibilities
•They get the opportunity to build up future and current leaders as well as set the tone for the shift
•Required to lead 2-3 times per week, more can be an option but no less
•Open or close minimum 5:45 am – 2:15 pm or 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm for Shift Leaders or 10 am - 4:00 pm or 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm for Team Captains
